Quality Management
We have a full-time
Quality Management Team (QM Team), which oversees the implementation and improvement of
our quality management systems. The focus is on the following areas:
Drafting of patent specifications
Comments on Office Actions
Adherence to deadlines
Responses to inquiries
Communication
Fees and billing
The
QM Team collects data through auditing and feedback from clients. This data is analyzed,
and work-flow and quality guidelines are designed accordingly. The QM Team also conducts
evaluation and training of the firm’s members.
